• Experience: 2-5 years in an ISO 9001-certified electronics production environment (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of proper handling of electronic components using ESD procedures.
  • Proficiency with various gauges for inspection and measurement.
  • Soldering of electronic components, PCBA, and SMT experience (preferred).
• Software Proficiency:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for regular reporting.
  • Strong computer literacy as a key function of the role.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Working knowledge of QA processes, inspections, documentation, and criteria.
  • Understanding of escalation procedures and adherence to policy and procedure.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
